Gerber EZ Out Rescue Knife (modified)

Gerber makes great knives. This EZ Out knife has a nice, stainless steel, 3.5 inch serrated blade with a blunt trip, that flicks out easily. I have modified this one with a hole and a string so it can be clipped with a carabiner, tied so that it helps hold the blade closed. Yellow handle with grippy inserts. Locks open.
