Here, Billy K cleverly uses indigenous materials to pass the first pothole in Knotted Rope Canyon. This particular narrows sections requires a wide variety of canyoneering techniques to pass through the difficult 1/4-mile section. If the potholes are not full, this section can be really difficult and rather biologically active.
