The Park has released it's Backcountry Management Plan. Below are links to various parts and versions of the Plan. I have reduced many of the parts to a more download-friendly version.

Concurrent with the release of the draft Plan, the Park released to us the report on the VERP study. This version of the report includes the introduction, and the 2002 and 2003 results from Canyons Day Use (Permitted) parts of the Study.
