A rope marking "pen", kinda. It is more like a bottle of ink with a roller dispenser. Very quick, makes a very dark mark. (Cap has left-hand thread). Can create quite a mess. I recommend exam gloves and lots of newspaper when using this. Takes a couple hours to dry.
